  4. Increase Your Traffic

Google AdSense is still hugely popular, and earning money from it is one of the reasons people start a blog or website. Unfortunately, many people apply to Google and don't get approved because their website or blog isn't ready yet. If you want to make money with Google AdSense, here's how to make money from a blog with Google AdSense:

Start With a Blog That's Ready

To make money from a blog with Google AdSense, you need a blog that's ready, with enough content. Not having enough content is one of the reasons Google AdSense turns applications down, so if you only have a few posts, hold off on applying for now. Your blog should also be more than 6 months old. If it isn't there yet, keep adding content while you wait for it to reach that age.

Once you have enough content and you've followed the content rules, such as using subheadings, Google AdSense can accept your blog. To make approval easier, the blog should be connected to Google, such as a Blogger blog that isn't self-hosted. To sign up, you need a Gmail account and a blog, and you can apply straight from that blog. Go to Settings, then choose Language and formatting. Set the language to English (United States), save your settings and refresh the page. An Earnings menu will appear below the Comments menu, and that's where you sign up for Google AdSense. If your blog doesn't qualify yet, you'll see a link explaining how to meet the AdSense requirements.

Place Your Ads

Once your blog is approved, you can start placing ads on it. That means you're now a Google AdSense publisher. Take the time to learn how to place ads properly. There are three ad formats: horizontal, vertical and square, and each one belongs in a different spot on the page.

Increase Your Traffic

To earn more from Google AdSense, increase your blog traffic. More visitors mean more potential clicks on your site, and the more clicks you get, the more you earn.

Those are the ways to make money from a blog with Google AdSense that are worth knowing. We hope you find this information useful.
